Description

For sale sailing yacht, length 9.96 m., width 3.35 m., draft 1.50 m. Engine 20 hp "Lombardini". Straight shaft with two-blade propeller. The yacht has two separate full cabins, (aft and bow) and one common cabin with folding table, Mediterranean cockpit, helm, aft bathing area with shower, separate galley with shower, equipped with a boiler. The yacht is equipped with two fresh water tanks of 100 liters each. Sleeping places are 8. During the operation of the yacht the following measures have been and are being carried out:

The boat has been cleaned and coated with antifouling in 2023;
Annual change of oil and filters in the engine;
Complete annual maintenance of the galley piping system;
USB outlets installed in the cabins of the yacht;
Installed ventilation system in the stateroom;
Installed gas equipment and a single burner stove in the galley;
Installation and connection of a TMC 70701 foot pump for pumping fresh water into the galley sink faucet;
Replacement of "Teleflex" marine engine controls in the cockpit of the yacht;
Complete cleaning and antibacterial treatment of two fresh water storage tanks;
The generator belt on the engine has been replaced;
The yacht also has a solar panel, controller and service battery;
